On Kanaturia you can pay by bank transfer, credit card, cash or cash on delivery (Spain). You can select the payment options during the order process – in the checkout. We will inform you about further payment options in the confirmation email that you receive after ordering.

Purpose of invoice: Your order number
After your order you will also receive an invoice from us by email with the bank details to which you can transfer the invoice amount. Please state your order number as the reason for payment.
Payment by credit card
At Kanaturia you can pay by credit card. To do this, select the desired option in the “Cashier”. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
You will then be redirected to the secure page the Payment Gateway of our bank where the transaction will be carried out (only on this page you need to enter your credit card details). Kanaturia cannot access the card’s data under any circumstances.
The Payment Gateway is developed under the standards of Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J.Secure, which ensures the most secure payment method. Before the final completion of the transaction, you will receive a SMS with a security code on your mobile with which you must confirm the transaction.
If the transaction is not authorized, please contact your bank as your card may not be set up for this type of secure payment.

It is recommended to send by registered mail. Please pack the money in such a way that the contents of the letter cannot be seen from the outside. In general, there is a residual risk that the money can be stolen or the letter does not arrive. Unfortunately, we can only ship the order if we have received the money.
Payment by cash on delivery
We only offer these payment options within Spain. After placing your order, you will receive an email (in addition to the automatic order confirmation email) asking you to confirm your order again. The goods will then be sent to your delivery address. You must then pay the invoice amount in cash on delivery to the postman.
